Ever Hope Farm

Ever-Hope Farm is a 5 acre farm that is currently producing vegetables and berries on about two acres. We have been a Certified Naturally Grown farm at our inception and still follow the NOP guidelines, we use NO synthetic pesticides or fungicides. We grow all our own vegetable starts or the vegetable type is directly seeded into the rows. We do not use a tractor on our farm instead we use a BCS walk-behind tractor (a tiller on steroids) that accepts multiple attachments for minimal soil tillage. Most of what we do is a “human scale” farming system with a modest scale of operations which is a place of beauty in the Spring and Fall when the produce is in full production.

We offer from the ground up, from seed, to transplant, to harvest of various vegetables and it specific care in all it’s life cycle. This will include bed preparation and any amendment required prior to planting and placing in it’s irrigation needs. The nurturing and care begin at this point in both field and high-tunnel applications. Light cultivation utilizing hand tools and a constant inspection for pest/disease issue’s that may crop up. Harvesting the produce at the correct time and learning how to treat each after the harvest.
We also have blackberries (thornless) that we’ll be picking this year and blueberries going in early spring. We also have a growing apiary to help with all this pollination.

The best part of all this is being able to shoot the breeze with other veterans, sharing our comradeship that only another veteran could possibly comprehend.
